Is this the real Claude and the real GPT?
Yes. Your message goes to the model you picked and its reply comes straight back. You don't need an account with Z.ai, Moonshot AI, Anthropic and OpenAI: ono.ai connects to them for you.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts on Free, with a selection of the lighter models and no card needed. It is a small allowance, meant for trying things out.
Can I really switch models in the middle of a conversation?
Yes. Choose a different model for your next message and it reads the conversation so far, replies from other models included. In a very long conversation the oldest messages are left out once it no longer fits the model's context window.
How does the monthly allowance work?
Each plan comes with one allowance a month, shared by every model. Lighter models use it slowly and frontier models faster; the rate is shown on the model picker before you send. You can see how much of your month you have used at any time.
What happens if I use it all up?
Messages pause until your allowance resets, and the app tells you the date. If you'd rather keep going, upgrade from Billing: the bigger plan starts straight away.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves back to Free. Your conversations stay.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe. You pay on Stripe's own checkout page, so your card details never reach ono.ai, and invoices and receipts are in Stripe's customer portal.
